To cover the 2006 WSOP, we are
offering several different poker pools. Our pools are operated just like bookmaker’s pools and office pools. A player
buys a number (each seat has a number) and the player with that starting seat on day one is the player you back. If he wins
you, the person that has that has that number wins the pool. With 8000 seats to be awarded, that could be a pretty good sum.
Our first pool is a $5 ticket and for high rollers we are offering a $20 pool. This means the jackpot could be worth $40,000
in the Five Dollar Pool and $160,000 in the High Roller Pool. If all the seats are not filled, the player with the highest
finishing player will win 50% of the pool and the following five placing seats will win 10% each.
The pool will be drawn the day
prior to the Main Event Start. This will not affect the draw because we are drawing the seat number not the player name. All
numbers will be sent and confirmed to the ticket buyer via email and the name of the player will also be provided. In the
case of an empty seat drawn, the ticket holder will either be given a new number at the tournament start or refunded 50% of
the buy in. The space is limited and no tickets will be purchased after the draw. See below for purchase instructions.
