With the World Series of Poker's Main Event close at hand, TCG-Global has gone a step further than most by offering you “Poker Pools”. With two separate Pools in play now, you can win up to $40,000 on a single $5 bet or up to $160,000 on a $20 wager. The seat limit for the Main Event at the 2006 WSOP is 8000 seats. Buying into either Pool for $5 or $20 could be the best payout of the WSOP.

When you buy a ticket into either Pool, you will be assigned a seat number. If the player that draws and starts with that seat number wins the Main Event, you win the pool.

Along with the Poker Pools, TCG-Global is offering you the best possible odds on the out come of the Main Event:

25-1 against any player ranked in the top 50 to win

10-1 against any player ranked in the top 25 to make final table

100-1 against the player of your choice out of the entire field to win

(that’s right, you pick ANY player from the field and get 100-1 odds PLUS consulation wins for top 25 finishers and final table finishers)

100-1 against Phil Helmuth making final table

200-1 against Phil Helmuth winning the Main Event

50-1 against any past Main Event WSOP Champion

With these odds, you can’t resist making money on the best poker players in the world. TCG-Global has listed all odds bets at $5. You can place multiple bets but only $5 at the time.

All rankings are per CardPlayer.com’s list of top money winners for 2006 up until the start day of the Main Event. The open pick’em 100-1 for any player can placed at any time prior to the Main Event start with a credited refund to wagers placed on players that do not enter the Main Event. Past Main Event Champions are defined as a player that has won the Main Event in any previous WSOP and not any other tournament including the WSOP Tour.
